- 1 Christmas Tree (light and dark green paper and brown paper)
- 3 Trees (white, dark blue and mint green paper)
- 4 Snowy ground layers (white and blue paper)
- 1 Snowman (white, brown, orange, green, black and red paper)
- Christmas tree decorations (yellow, red, blue, orange, and purple paper)
- Christmas lights (black, green, purple, yellow, red, and blue paper)
How to Make a 3D Paper Christmas Craft
Step 1. Choose a cereal box that you want to use and apply a coat of white paint to completely cover it.
Step 2. Cut out all Christmas scene pieces.
Step 3. Grab a cereal box and cut out a frame from the middle. Just make sure to leave a 1-inch border around it.
Step 4. First, glue the two blue paper trees on the background.
Step 5. Then glue the first layer of the ice over the blue trees, and keep the top parts of the tree visible.
Step 6. Glue the second layer of snow and the tree on the back middle of the second later.
Step 7. To keep the 3D look, glue a strip of cardboard from the cereal box on the bottom backside of the third snow layer. You can glue the cardboard on all the layers of you want to.
Step 8. Glue the third layer of snow in front of the second layer.
Step 9. Glue all five layers (light green and dark green paper) of the Christmas tree together.
Step 10. Glue the tree’s trunk on the bottom middle part of the tree.
Step 11. Glue the star on top of the Christmas tree.
Step 12. Glue the scarf on the snowman’s neck. Then glue the border on the snowman’s red hat.
Step 13. Glue the hat on top of the snowman’s head. And glue the two stick arms on two sides of the snowman’s body.
Step 14. Glue the nose on the snowman’s face. Glue yellow cutout paper strips in zigzag shape on the Christmas tree.
Step 15. Add colorful paper cut-out decorations on the Christmas tree.
Step 16. Use a black marker to draw the snowman’s eyes and buttons.
Step 17. Glue the snowman and Christmas tree on the fourth snow layer.
Step 18. Glue the fourth snow layer on the front of the cereal box frame to finish your 3D Christmas scene.
Step 19. Glue all the oval-shaped Christmas light decorations on the black paper strips. You can use these to decorate the outer part of your frame.
