How to Build a Lego Christmas Tree

To make the Christmas tree, you’ll need:

  • 1 gold 1×1 round brick
  • 8 green 1×1 plant leaf plates
  • 1 green 2×2 round plate
  • 1 tree
  • 1 black 1×1 plate with lamp holder
  • 2 brown 1×1 round plates

Step 1. Attach four plant leaf plates to the 2×2 round plate.

Step 2. Attach the rest of the leaf plates on top of the four attached leaves.

Step 3. Attach the tree to the top of the leaf plates.

Step 4. Attach the 2 brown plates together and then to the bottom of the Lego Christmas tree.

Step 5. Attach the gold round brick to the tip of the tree.

Step 6. Finally, attach the black plate with lamp holder to the top of the tree, perfect for tying a string to hang on your Christmas tree.

How to Build a Lego Christmas Star Ornament

To make the Christmas star you’ll need:

  • 4 yellow 2×3 plates
  • 2 yellow 1×2 plates
  • 4 brown or yellow 1×2 tiles with knob
  • 1 brown or yellow 2×2 plate
  • 2 brown or yellow 1×4 plates
  • 1 yellow 2×2 tile
  • 10 yellow 1×2 tiles with 45º angle
  • 2 yellow 1×3 plates with bow
  • 1 black or gray 1×1 plate with lamp holder

Step 1. Attach the two yellow 2×3 plates on either side of the brown 2×2 plate.

Step 2. Attach the two brown 1×2 tiles with knobs to both sides of the brown 2×2 plate, aligning its length with the yellow 2×3 plates.

Step 3. Attach the two light brown 1×4 plates to either side of the brown knob plates.

Step 4. Flip over the Lego build so the yellow bricks are on top. This is completing build #1.

Step 5. Repeat twice: attach a yellow 2×3 plate to a black knob plate and then a yellow 1×2 plate as shown completing build #2.

Step 6. Attach build #2 to atop of build #1 creating a cross.

Step 7. Attach a yellow 2×2 plate in the middle of the cross.

Step 8. Place two yellow 1×2 tiles with 45 angle on each side of the cross, sloping downwards. Repeat this step for a total of 8 yellow 1×2 tiles with 45, all sloping downwards.

Step 9. Attach the 2 yellow 1×3 plates with a bowed curve to the top and bottom of the Christmas star.

Step 10. Attach 1×2 tiles with 45º angle on the left and right side of the star sloping downwards.

Step 11. Finally, attach the black plate with lamp holder to the top of the Lego Christmas star perfect for tying a string to hang on your Christmas tree.
